I think the Bone Bros renaming was more agregious. CouncilRyS wasn't even the community's first choice, it was COPE.

IIRC that A-chan drawing was done by Sora and was used to represent her until she officially got her 2D design. Kinda funny to see it here after so long.
She has used it from what I found was in a Hololive Error 3D stream. I could've sworn she used it on other 3d streams but I can't truly remember.
Edit: does home 3D count? As she used it when doing a watchalong of 1- 3 ReGloss debut with Sora.
