Manager only works 6 hours a day, on a strict schedule that can not be changed, and them going home at 5pm is more important than whatever life changing events you might encounter. It's a talent's job to wake up in the middle of the night to ask for something, not the manager

Well the NDA isn't enforceable and she was offering the documents so if it is. It might be the NDA is expired or she doesn't care anymore especially when that surviving clause is going to be thrown out anyway.

If tweeting on the company vtuber account can be counted as activity I could see situations where Niji sends an amendment while the talent is away from their computer proper, but they decide to fire out a quick tweet about their day, leading to auto-acceptance. There is potential to sneak shit in, but as long as the talent checks their communications properly it shouldn't happen.

They can't spell out directly that you don't actually have to reply to messages from the livers, just in case some of them decide to read it. But they also can't say you have to change your sleeping schedule, when hiring some pajeet for less than a burger flipper salary or they will have less applicants. And even if you do, any serious question will still have to be authorized by your superior, who already went home at 5pm JP time anyway. So if something was asked right after, at the very least there will be an 18 hours delay before a reply, and this is speaking optimistically. No shit they take multiple days to reply to a simple question
