Yea, the "Autism + Undiagnosed Cluster B Personality Disorder" has been a favored theory of mine for a while now.
It is incredibly common for people that have a diagnosed mental illness to have an unknown comorbidity when the undiagnosed mental illness has overlapping symptoms as the mental illness that was diagnosed.
