1. it may have been more recently.
2. they somehow found something from long ago.
If it was recently there's a chance it was during VCR GTA and the only way it could be possible to know is if anyone that participated gets investigated too, and if they are no longer allowed to play with specific people then it will be more obvious who she was leaking info to.
