Everything I've seen makes Seth sounds like a slimy, manipulative person and I wouldn't trust him in any capacity. I really dislike Krimbo, but he actually freely admits to everything I view as his faults here before moving onto the actual subject. He also admits to having been on 4chan in the /trash/ days a lot, and making many friends there, as well as admitting it's not nearly as bad as people say or pretend it is. I think some MSM talents are afraid to speak out, and some benefit from being favored by Seth so they have no reason to. Fuululuu's account reinforces my view, she mentions Seth isolating people and blacklisting them starting at 2:04, and favoritism at 01:55. She mentions at 01:52 that she had no access to her MSM business email for a year

He mentions that the LLCs situation is due to them not paying taxes, and encourages people to report MSM to the IRS. This is an amusing level of flaggotry I've not encountered before.

I'm concerned about the fact that Grimmi trying to juggle multiple important and time-consuming things at once. She's going to remove the cyst, and even if there's no compications, it will definitely affect her mental balance, she gonna need few months to adjust. Dealing with both streaming and sauce stuff at the same time while adjusting to shifts in your brain activity and behaviour is not the best idea. Being busy could help if she's lucky, but also clould do damage. And vtubers are famously unlucky, and Grimmi is among worst examples.

NV definitely makes more sense than CA since you can form an Anonymous LLC there. But I still think Delaware is the best choice, because having to buy out a business partner probably means you'll be facing business litigation sooner, rather than later.
