Not sure where HL management draws the line but their IRL accounts interacting with their own vtuber cosplayers/fans seems borderline, especially when it is an open secret like Keeki/Kiara. I don't think liking a cosplay by someone with a big following would be an issue. And she's not a kiara only cosplayer.

She doesn't have a Kiara Insta and her Keeki Insta (and Twitter) actually gets a good amount of traction when she uses it. She actually retweeted this cosplayer on Twitter as Kiara, too, iirc. Her cosplay persona liking another cosplayer isn't too odd and it probably good for the cosplayer with the algorithm and all.
