If some random hafu chilean/jap comes to you and offers you some money we are going to accept. As far i am aware only in WACTOR Himea D' Almaria was from Argentina so thats why she was the last one to quit.
that pretty much goes for most LATAM countries, just google 1 dollar/euro to which ever currency from LATAM and the closer to 1:1 you get the better that country is doing. i don't doubt all of them would still apply to wactor if they got at least a decent amount of money even knowing how shit they are.
