Not really out of nowhere. The VShojo x Nikke collab was announced beforehand and that cover was streamed before as part of that. The announcement made it here, but nobody bothered to post the stream itself. All the covers have been slowly making it onto the respective members channels, Zen's premiers in seven hours but some Nikke channel already has them all.
