I think the Interaction Sphere really matters a lot. A Vtuber doesn't really interact with their viewers. They interact with their Social Media and Physical Spaces. There seems to be a collection from the VRChat space that got together, but that's more because they were already within their interpersonal sphere. This is also why Vtubers and their DMs are generally their downfall.
There's the reality that the way to best get to know a Woman is to be introduced by someone she knows fairly well, which isn't something likely to happen to a Vtuber because nearly all of them are far more like Pippa than they ever want to admit. Which is a little sad, as I'm sure during the '21/'22 boom, quite a few of them probably could have landed a husband with a far brighter future than they have (minus a few standout streamers). Though that does ignore an issue that most of them are also Peak Girl Failure types. A trip over to the Culinary Catastrophe thread will disabuse one of thinking there's any that are actually Wife and not Waifu material.

Only guys who have more followers or subs than them would actually have a chance. I'll be blunt, I don't care strongly about fanservice, I wouldn't even say I'm anti-coomer as long as you follow the basic principles of a) don't fuck kids or animals and b) don't shit up safe-for-work spaces with it, but I do find the psychology behind being attracted to these trashy, hideous models disturbing.
